if accepted as a member of Selby Aquanauts agree to promote the club and diving in general and agree to dive within the recommendations of PADI or my certifying body. In the event of conflict between the recommendations of certifying bodies I will accept the decision of a senior member of the club i.e. the dive controller of the day or the current diving officer.

I also agree that neither myself, family, heirs or successors will hold the club, its officers or any other member responsible for any injuries or damage caused to me my belongings no matter how or what the cause. I shall also take full responsibility for any guest I bring on any club dive.
