Try our products and if you are not completely satisfied we will offer you a money back no quibble guarantee. All items must be returned unworn as new and in a resalable condition with all original packaging and accessories within 20 days of purchase. Return shipping is the customers responsibility. Please enclose a note stating why you are returning it. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

After 20 days up to Four years

A fault develops within twelve months of purchase BCD as new or slight use Exchanged for new. Conditions exist. See below

2nd year or BCD in slightly used condition I will exchange for new at a cost of 35% of current list price. Conditions exist

3rd year or BCD in used condition exchange for new at 60% of list price. Conditions exist

4th year or BCD in well used condition. Exchange for new at 80% of list price. Conditions exist

Once the fourth year is up give me a call and we can discuss it

Conditions

Products under the Limited Four-Year Warranty that malfunction due to material or manufacturer defects that have also had a significant amount of use will be replaced on a pro-rated basis. Pro-rating will be determined by a percentage factor based on the condition of the product and how long the product was used prior to the warranty claim. This can be useful to evaluate Limited Four-Year Warranty claims since the warranty period is for the "useful life of the product" and not a set length of time. The following guidelines should be used in determining what pro-rated percentage will be used.

Note: This can be a subjective evaluation. Fair and reasonable judgment should be used.

The warranty extends to all power inflator parts and seams of the BCD

Not covered:

This warranty does not extend to abrasions, punctures, cuts or tears, or seam separation caused by chemical attack; including prolonged exposure to chlorine or ultra violet rays (sunshine).

The warranty does not apply to any equipment used for hire or any other commercial or military purpose

The warranty does not extend to O rings or delamination due to exposure to chlorine.

Only Red Hat branded goods purchased directly from Red Hat Diving are eligible for ANY warranty.

Non Red Hat branded goods bought from Red Hat Diving

Damaged goods. Please contact Red hat Diving immediately. The goods can then be replaced f.o.c. or a refund given.

Exchange Goods Buying from a picture sometimes means you didn't receive exactly what you were expecting or the size is wrong. or you didn't read the description. If this is the case an exchange can be made at no charge within 7 days of receipt.

Unwanted goods Should you change your mind after purchase your goods can be returned for a refund subject to the following

There shall be a handling/restocking charge of a £1 or 10% whichever is the greater
